(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2023, except sections 18(a), 19(1)(c), (d) and (f) and (2), 20(2), 21 and 30(2), comes into operation on 1 July 2023.
