Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.

Fees

2. The fees specified in the Schedule shall be payable to the Director-General, Agri-Food and Veterinary Services in respect of the services or matters set out opposite thereto.

Revocation

3. The Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules (R 1) are revoked.
