Employment of Foreign Workers (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Employment of Foreign Workers Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment of Foreign Workers (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Employment of Foreign Workers (Fees) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$20” and substituting “$30”.
