Securities and Futures (Revocation) Order 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 343(3) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Deputy Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Revocation) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
Revocation
2.  Subject to the provisions of the Securities and Futures (Financial and Margin Requirements for Holders of Capital Markets Services Licences) Regulations 2002, the following subsidiary legislation are revoked:
(a)Futures Trading Act (Cap. 116):
(i)Futures Trading Regulations (Rg 1);
(ii)Futures Trading (Commodity) Order (O 1);
(iii)Futures Trading (Exempt Futures Market) Declaration 2000 (G.N. No. S 185/2000);
