Medical and Elderly Care Endowment
Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment
No. 2) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2015 and is deemed to have come into operation on 12 November 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 133/2012) is amended by deleting items (7) and (8) and substituting the following items:

“(7) SPD Ability Centre;

(8) SPD Community Rehabilitation Centre;”.
