Building Control Act

(Chapter 29)

Building Control (Revocation) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Revocation) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 25th October 1996.

2. The following Regulations are revoked:

(a)	the Building Control (Dangerous Trades — Fees) Regulations; [Rg 1.]
(b)	the Building Control (Dangerous Trades) (Calcium Carbide) Regulations; [Rg 2.]
(c)	the Building Control (Public Building) Regulations; [Rg 11.]
(d)	the Building Control (Painting Garage) Regulations; and [Rg 12.]
(e)	the Building Control (Sawmills and Joinery Works) Regulations. [Rg 13.]
