(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Info-communications Media Development Authority Act 2016, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Info-communications Media Development Authority Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  The Info-communications Media Development Authority Act 2016, except sections 89, 90(1) and 96(v), comes into operation on 1 October 2016.
3.  Sections 89, 90(1) and 96(v) of the Info-communications Media Development Authority Act 2016 come into operation on 2 October 2016.
