Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) (Revocation) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Singapore Sports Council Act, the Singapore Sports Council, with the approval of the Minister for Community Development and Sports, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) (Revocation) Regulations 2003.

Revocation

2.—(1) The Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) Regulations 2003 (G.N. No. S 398/2003) are revoked.

(2) For the avoidance of doubt, the Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) Regulations (Rg 4) shall continue to apply as if the revoked Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) Regulations 2003 had not been made.
