Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 10)
Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 10) Order 2015 and is deemed to have come into operation on 18 June 2015.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended —

(a)

by deleting items (28) and (29) in the second column of item 1 and substituting the following items:

“(28) SPD Ability Centre

(29) SPD Community Rehabilitation Centre”;

(b)

by deleting the words “Home and” in the second column of item 5;

(c)

by deleting the words “for the Aged” in item (1) in the second column of item 30;

(d)

by deleting the words “& Medicare Centre” in item (1) in the second column of item 31;

(e)

by deleting the words “for the Aged” in the second column of item 32; and

(f)

by deleting the words “Multi Service” in item (2) in the second column of item 37 and substituting the word “Multi‑Service”.
