(Amendment) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Fees (Winding up and Dissolution of Companies and Other Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Winding up and Dissolution of Companies and Other Bodies) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 58/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (9), the following item:

“(9A)

For every payment of moneys to a creditor or a contributory by the Official Receiver other than by electronic transfer

$5”.

Transitional provision

3. Paragraph 2 does not apply in relation to any payment in respect of which the request for payment is made before 9 July 2018.
