Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Communications and Information

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 1 October 2016, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Communications and Information) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 664/2015) by deleting items 1 to 4 under the heading “DEPARTMENTS AND STATUTORY BODIES” and substituting the following items:

1.	Government Technology Agency

2.	Info‑communications Media Development Authority

3.	National Library Board

”.

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Communications and Information) (Amendment) Notification 2016.
