Enlistment (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Enlistment Act, the Minister for Defence hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Enlistment (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 15th August 2006.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Enlistment (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(a)

any offence under —

(i)	section 4(2) or 32 (3) or (4) of the Act; or
(ii)	section 33, read with section 4(1), 5, 6 or 32 (1) or (2), of the Act;

(b)

any offence under regulation 40, read with regulation 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 33 or 35, of the Enlistment Regulations (Rg 1); and”.
