Endangered Species (Import and Export)
(Prohibition of Sale) Notification 1992

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4A of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Prohibition of Sale) Notification 1992 and shall come into operation on 20th November 1992.

2. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale or display to the public the parts and derivatives set out in the second column of the Schedule in respect of the animal specified in the first column thereof.
