Trade Marks (Application of Section 75 to Foreign States) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75(4) of the Trade Marks Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Trade Marks (Application of Section 75 to Foreign States) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Trade Marks (Application of Section 75 to Foreign States) Notification (N 3) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately below the word “Burundi”, the word “Cambodia”, with effect from 22nd September 1998; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately below the word “Kyrgyzstan”, the word “Laos”, with effect from 8th October 1998.
