Community Mediation Centres (Establishment)
(No. 2) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Community Mediation Centres Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) (No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 11th September 1998.

Community Mediation Centre

2. The Minister hereby determines that a Community Mediation Centre be established at Block 50, Marine Terrace, #03‑265, Singapore 440050, for the purpose of providing mediation services in accordance with the Act.

Revocation

3. The Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 1998 (G.N. No. S 15/98) is revoked.
