(Chapter 274)
Residential Property (Cancellation) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Cancellation) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 19th July 2005 at 5 p.m.
Cancellation
2.  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)the Residential Property (Exemptions of Foreign Companies) (Consolidation) Notification (N 3);
(b)the Residential Property (Exemptions of Foreign Companies) (Consolidation) Notification (N 3A);
(c)the Residential Property (Exemptions under section 32(1)) (Consolidation) Notification (N 5A);
(d)the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 1/1987) Notification (N 12);
(e)the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 4/1978) Notification (N 13);
(f)the Residential Property (Exemption) Notification 1991 (G.N. No. S 369/91);
(g)the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 1/1988) Notification 1991 (G.N. No. S 402/91);
(h)the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 1/2002) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 62/2003);
(i)the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 2/2002) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 63/2003);
(j)the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 3/2002) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 64/2003);
(k)the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 4/2002) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 65/2003); and
(l)the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 5/2002) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 66/2003).
