(No. 2) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2021, the President makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2022.
2.  Sections 21 and 22 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2021 come into operation on 31 January 2022.
