Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 4) (Amendment) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 4) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st June 2006.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 4) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 459/2005) is amended by deleting the words “SEB Private Bank S.A.” and substituting the words “Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken S.A.”.
