Skills Development Levy
(Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3) of the Skills Development Levy Act, Mr Ong Ye Kung, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Skills Development Levy (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 3 October 2016.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(2) of the Skills Development Levy (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 258/2014) is amended by deleting the words “Singapore Workforce Development Agency” and substituting the words “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency”.
