Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 6) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 6) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The following provisions of the Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 274/97) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after paragraph (c), the following paragraph:

“(d)	The area off Serangoon North Avenue 4 and delineated in Plan 15A.”.

(b)

Item (6)

Insert, immediately after paragraph (i), the following paragraph:

“(j)	The area off Depot Road and delineated in Plan 54B.”.

(c)

Item (18)

Insert, immediately after paragraph (q), the following paragraph:

“(r)	The area off Woodlands Drive 52 and delineated in Plan 101H.”.

Insert, immediately after paragraph (i), the following paragraph:

“(j)	The area off Serangoon Avenue 4 and delineated in Plan 135A.”.

Insert, immediately after paragraph (n), the following paragraph:

(c)

Insert, immediately after paragraph (f), the following paragraph:

“(g)	The area off Lorong 3, Geylang and delineated in Plan 206B.”.
