Probation of Offenders (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Probation of Offenders Act, the Minister for Community Development and Sports hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Probation of Offenders (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Probation of Offenders (Approved Institutions) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting item (2).
