Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 10) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 10) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1996.

2. The following provisions of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Delete paragraph (b).

Delete paragraph (b).

Part XV

(a) Item 5

Insert, immediately after paragraph (v), the following paragraph:

“(w) The areas off Woodlands Avenue 4, Woodlands Drive 60, Woodlands Circle and Woodlands Crescent and delineated in Plan 620.”.

(b) Item 9

Insert, immediately after paragraph (f), the following paragraph:

“(g) The area off Bedok Reservoir Road and delineated in Plan 621.”.

Insert, immediately after paragraph (v), the following paragraph:

“(w) The area off Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 and delineated in Plan 622.”.

(d) Item 12

Insert, immediately after paragraph (t), the following paragraph:

“(u) The area off Jurong West Central 3 and delineated in Plan 623.”.
