Parking Places Act
(Chapter 214)
Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1997.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 275/97) is amended by renumbering the item in Part IX under the heading Parking Places as item (1), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:
“(2)  The area off Stagmont Ring and delineated in Plan 285.”.
