Executive Condominium Housing Scheme
(Appointment of Developers) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme (Appointment of Developers) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 19th October 2000.
Appointment of developers and specification of land to be developed
2.  The Minister hereby appoints the developers set out in the first column of the First Schedule to develop, under the executive condominium scheme, the parcels of land specified in the second column thereof and to sell the housing accommodation so developed.
Made this 18th day of October 2000.
