(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Choice of Court Agreements Act 2016, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Choice of Court Agreements Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  The Choice of Court Agreements Act 2016 comes into operation on 1 October 2016.
