Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 6)
Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2018 and, except for paragraph 2(b), comes into operation on 30 July 2018.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 20 August 2018.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (2) in the second column of item 6, the following item:

“(3) AWWA Dementia Day Care Centre (Yishun)”; and

(b)

by deleting item 9 and substituting the following item:

“

9.	SingHealth Community Hospitals MediFund Committee

(1)	Bright Vision Hospital

(2)	Sengkang Community Hospital

”.
