Road Traffic (Exemption of Ministerial Grade Cars for World Trade Organisation Ministerial Conference 1996) (Amendment) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Exemption of Ministerial Grade Cars for World Trade Organisation Ministerial Conference 1996) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1996.

2. The Road Traffic (Exemption of Ministerial Grade Cars for World Trade Organisation Ministerial Conference 1996) Order 1996 is amended by deleting the words “1st December 1996” in the fifth line of paragraph 2 and substituting the words “1st November 1996”.
