Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act 2001, the Minister for Community Development and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The Children and Young Persons (Amendment) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st October 2001.
