| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 9) Notification 2006. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a fireworks display executed by Effects Technologies Pte Ltd (referred to in this Notification as the exempted person) for or on behalf of any person at the event specified in Part I of the Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof. |
