Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement of Sections 1, 5 to 15 and 17) Notification 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 1996, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement of sections 1, 5 to 15 and 17) Notification 1996.
2.  Sections 1, 5 to 15 and 17 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 1996 shall come into operation on 12th November 1996.
