Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) (Amendment) Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(2)(a) of the Police Force Act, the Commissioner of Police hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) (Amendment) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1997.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) Notification (N 3) is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:
“Rates
2.  The following rates of charges shall be payable for the services of Police Officers and officers of the Gurkha Contingent and Special Constabulary employed for private purposes:
