(Amendment) Rules 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35(1) of the Massage Establishments Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Massage Establishments (Amendment) Rules 2022 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 March 2022.

Amendment of rule 9

2. In rule 9(a) and (b) of the Massage Establishments Rules 2018 (G.N. No. S 96/2018), replace “1 April 2022” with “1 July 2022”.
