(Amendment of First Schedule)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(a) of the Extradition Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Extradition Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 30 January 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Extradition Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 32, the following item:

“33.	An offence against the law relating to the securing of computer material against unauthorised access or modification.”.
