Telecommunication (Class Licence for Postal Services) (Revocation) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunication (Class Licence for Postal Services) (Revocation) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 21st July 2005.

Revocation

2. The Telecommunication (Class Licence for Postal Services) Regulations (Rg 11) are revoked.
