Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Trade Development Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 8th November 1996.

2. The Third Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations is amended by deleting items 2 and 3.
