Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation)
(Amendment No. 22) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 22) Order 2000.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Den Danske Bank Aktieselskab” in item (103) and substituting the words “Danske Bank A/S”, with effect from 1st September 2000.
