(Amendment) Notification 1998

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st September 1998, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 1998 (G.N. No. S 126/98) by deleting the subject “Work Permits for Foreign Workers” under the heading Subjects and substituting the subject “Employment of Foreigners”.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister of Manpower) (Amendment) Notification 1998.
