Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (j) of the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board Act, the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) Notification 1996.

2.—(1) The PSB ISO 14000 Certification Mark set out in Part I of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 28th May 1996.

(2) The PSB ISO 9000 Certification Mark set out in Part II of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 19th August 1996.

(3) The CIDB-PSB ISO 9000 Certification Mark set out in Part III of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 16th September 1996.

(4) The NCB-PSB ISO 9000 IT Certification Mark set out in Part IV of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 15th October 1996.
