Civil Defence Shelter Act (Commencement)
Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Civil Defence Shelter Act 1997, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Civil Defence Shelter Act (Commencement) Notification 1997.
2.  The Civil Defence Shelter Act 1997, with the exception of Parts IV and V, shall come into operation on 1st May 1998.
