Building Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2008.
2.  Section 2(r) of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st October 2008.
