Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22 and 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) Regulations (Rg 9) is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of the word “Vinylbital”, and by inserting immediately below that word, the word “Zolpidem.”.
