Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Disclosure of Documents and Information) Regulations 2015
2.  In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Disclosure of Documents and Information) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 6/2015) —
(a)in the following provisions, replace “section 3A(1)” with “section 5(1)”:
Regulation 2, definition of “Office”
Regulation 3(b)
Regulation 4(b);
(b)in regulation 2, in the definition of “Officer”, replace “section 3A(2)” with “section 5(2)”;
(c)in regulation 3, in the regulation heading, replace “section 3A(3)” with “section 5(3)”;
(d)in the following provisions, replace “section 3A(3)” with “section 5(3)”:

Regulation 5(1); and
(e)in regulation 4, in the regulation heading, replace “section 3A(3)” with “section 5(3)”.
Amendment of Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Prescribed International Organisations) Regulations 2019
3.  In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Prescribed International Organisations) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 168/2019), in regulation 2, replace “section 41(3)” with “section 48(3)”.
