Business Registration (Exemption for Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Business Registration Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Business Registration (Exemption for Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 17th September 2002.
Exemption
2.  The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency established under the Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency shall be exempted from complying with all the provisions of the Act.
