(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 81(2) of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 863/2019), in regulation 2 —
(a)replace “section 48C(2) or 48E(2)” with “section 60(2) or 62(2)”; and
(b)replace “section 60(1)(a)” with “section 81(1)(a)”.
