Child Care Centres (Amendment)
Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Child Care Centres Act, the Minister for Community Development hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Child Care Centres (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1999.

Amendment of regulation 4

2. Regulation 4 of the Child Care Centres Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words "$135 for a period of 12 months or part thereof" and substituting the words "$180 for a period of 24 months or part thereof".
