With reference to rule 9 of the Housing Developers (Amendment) Rules 1997 (G.N. No. S 393/97) —

(a)	for “known” in the second line of the definition of “the Property” in clause 1.1.1 of Form D read* “known”;
(b)	for “as Phase” in clause 9.1 of Form D read “*as Phase”;
(c)	for “Unit Price” in clause 18.3(b) of Form D read “Unit Purchase Price”;
(d)	for “Schedule” in clause 20.1(e) of Form D read “clause”;
(e)	for “of 8%” in clause 6.3 of Form E read “on 8%”;
(f)	for “purchaser” in the second line of clause 16.1 of Form E read “purchase”; and
(g)	for “Unit Price” in clause 18.3(b) of Form E read “Unit Purchase Price”.
