Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (#Celebrate20SGPFair19 Lucky Draw — Exemption) Notification 2019.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Bizlink Exhibition Services Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201004551R) (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “#Celebrate20SGPFair19 Lucky Draw” promotion to be held from 10 July 2019 to 12 July 2019 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws to be held as part of that promotion at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on 11 July 2019 and 12 July 2019 at Hall A, Level 1 of Marina Bay Sands Singapore, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
