Parliamentary Elections (Declaration of Group Representation Constituencies) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A(1)(a) of the Parliamentary Elections Act, the President hereby makes the following Order:
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections (Declaration of Group Representation Constituencies) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 22nd November 1996.
2.  The electoral divisions specified in the Schedule are declared to be group representation constituencies.
3.  Any election in the group representation constituencies specified —
(a)in Part I of the Schedule shall be held on the basis of a group of 4 candidates;
(b)in Part II of the Schedule shall be held on the basis of a group of 5 candidates; and
(c)in Part III of the Schedule shall be held on the basis of a group of 6 candidates.
4.  The Parliamentary Elections (Declaration of Group Representation Constituencies) Order [O 1] is revoked.
