Skills Development Levy (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Skills Development Levy (Amendment) Act 2008, Mr Gan Kim Yong, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Skills Development Levy (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Skills Development Levy (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st October 2008.
