Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4 of the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) Notification (N 3) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$100” in sub-paragraph (1)(n)(ii) and substituting “$300”;
(b)	by deleting “$100” in sub-paragraph (2)(a) and substituting “$300”; and
(c)	by deleting “$750” in sub-paragraph (2)(b) and substituting “$700”. [G.N. No. S 712/2004]
